Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Eyup Aydin ("I", "me", or "the developer") handles information in Dumoji, the iOS game (the "App").
The short version
Dumoji does not require an account and does not send gameplay data to a server. It has no advertising SDK, third-party analytics SDK, or social login. Game progress and settings remain on your device.
Information Dumoji does not collect
Dumoji does not collect or transmit your name, email address, contacts, photos, precise location, microphone recordings, camera images, advertising identifier, or gameplay analytics. The motion sensor is used locally for the sleeper interaction; motion readings are not sent to the developer.
Information stored on your device
The App stores gameplay progress, settings, and purchase state locally on your device. The App does not currently synchronize this information through iCloud or another cloud service. Removing the App may remove this local data, subject to any device backup or operating-system behavior that Apple controls.
In-app purchases
Dumoji offers one optional, non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks the full campaign. Purchases, payment processing, refunds, and purchase restoration are handled through Apple and the App Store using StoreKit. I do not receive your payment-card details. Apple may process information under Apple’s Privacy Policy and its applicable media-services terms.
The App uses the purchase entitlement needed to unlock and restore the content; it does not operate a payment account or maintain a purchase database on my server.
Children
Dumoji does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to the developer, contact me at ea@eaydin.net.
Changes and contact
I may update this policy when the App or its data practices change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. For privacy questions, contact ea@eaydin.net.
This page describes the current Dumoji implementation. It is not a promise that Apple’s own services collect no information; Apple’s policies govern those services separately.
